Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, or parts of it, please contact customer support at as soon as possible. If our warehouse already has processed your order, it’s unfortunately not possible to cancel it, in which case you can return it once it is delivered. Once you have placed an order, we cannot change or cancel it. You will have to return it back to us once it has been delivered. After the return has been registered, we will refund the account used at payment. Note: we will deduct a total of 14€ (from the original amount payed) to cover handling costs.

Which payment methods are offered at Smartshake?

Ordering and paying at Smartshake is safe and easy. These are the payment methods we offer:

Card Payment
We accept the most common credit card providers: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you experience any issues when paying, we recommend trying a different browser or device. We don’t accept debit cards.

You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase, if you choose that payment method at checkout. Please contact PayPal directly, if you should experience any problems.

Why doesn’t my discount code work?

If you have a discount code you want to use, enter it at checkout and click Use Discount Code. Please note that many discount codes have specific limits or restrictions. If you have any questions regarding a specific code, you can contact our Customer Support at Please note that most discount codes cannot be combined with campaign prices. Combining discount codes is not possible, nor is applying a discount code once your order is complete.

I returned an order. When do i get my money back?

Handling returns normally takes 1-2 weeks. When the return has been registered, we will refund you or update your invoice.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Do I have the right to return my products?

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your package, if the product has not been damaged or altered. When returning an order, you must pay for the cost of return shipping. Smartshake pays the difference.

First, send an email to including the word “return” and your order number in the subject
line, describing what you want to return. Place a note with your order number, your name and cause for return in the package. Send the package to:

How long do I have to wait for my products?

Smartshake will send your package within 1-3 working days. The package will be delivered to your nearest service location.

Sweden: PostNord (1-3 working days).

EU and rest of Europe: FedEx International Connect Plus (2-5 days)

US, Canada and Rest of the world: FedEx Priority (1-3 days)

I haven’t received my package. What’s happened?

The same day we send out your order, you will receive an email with information regarding your delivery. In the email, you will find a link with relevant tracking information. If the package hasn’t arrived within the stated shipping time + 2 days, we recommend contacting Customer Support at, so we can look into it.
